The fabric is silky and of the finest quality. I love the little imprinted flowers that run through the material adding an extra dimension. Victorian-esque pleated collar that drapes down from the shoulder and gathers at the neckline to create a dramatic ruffle. Lightly padded shoulder pads and cuffed sleeves with buttons.
